Britney McCarthy-Lee became a Hendrix Warrior in the fall of 2003, after graduating from Conway High School the previous spring. A five-time All-American diver, McCarthy-Lee still holds three Hendrix diving records: 1-meter diving (6 dives) with 284.85 points; 3-meter diving (6 dives) 283.35; and 3-meter diving (11 dives) 450.7. She was named to the AII-SCAC Second Team in 1-meter diving in 2004 and 2005; to the AII-SCAC Third Team in 1-meter diving in 2006; AIISCAC Third Team in 3-meter diving in 2005 and 2006; All-American in 1-meter diving in 2004, 2005, and 2006; and All-American in 3-meter diving in 2005 and 2006. Her success in the classroom garnered attention, as well: In 2005, she was named an SCAC Academic All-American. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in kinesiology in 2007.
