Hendrix College Athletics

Jill Bercen Sharma, class of ’90, was a four-year letterman in swimming. In 1987-88, Sharma qualified for eight national events, becoming a triple finalist in the 100 yd and 200 yd backstroke and the 200 yd individual medley. In 1989 and 1990, she earned New South Intercollegiate Swim League (NSISL) All-Conference honors, was the NSISL high point winner, and was also named Arkansas NAIA Swimmer of the Year.
