Senior John Byford won all five races he competed in over the weekend. The Oklahoma City product took first in the 50 yard backstroke (30.01) and 100 individual medley (58.01) to help give the Warriors a win in a duel at Principia on Friday night. In Saturday’s Panther Invite, Byford took home a trio of first place finishes in the 200 freestyle (1:52.74), 200 backstroke (2:10.6) and 400 IM (4:38.24). Byford’s performance helped the six-member team take third place against five much bigger teams.
