Hendrix College Athletics

The mission of the Hendrix College Department of Athletics is to develop exemplary scholar-athletes while also providing equitable opportunities for males and females of all ethnic backgrounds.  Members of our department are individuals who strive for competitive excellence, academic achievement, and a commitment to community service.  Intercollegiate athletics is sponsored as an educationally purposeful activity which instills positive ideals.  The principles of excellence, integrity, good sportsmanship and competition guide our student-athletes and department members in their efforts to represent themselves, the athletic department and Hendrix College to the best of their abilities at all times.
