Senior reliever Justin Mosbey went 1-0 with a save in two scoreless appearances over the week. The Texarkana, Ark. native earned the save in Wednesday’s 6-3 win against Austin by striking out two in 1.1 perfect innings. Mosbey completed the Warriors’ three-game sweep of #3 Trinity with the win in Sunday’s 5-4 finale, allowing just one intentional walk with a strikeout in three scoreless frames. On the year, Mosbey has a 0.40 ERA and has thrown 18.2 consecutive scoreless innings.
