Freshman right side hitter Lauren Petrisin helped the Warriors to a 2-1 record at the UT Dallas Labor Day Tournament over the weekend by hitting .371 with 47 kills, nine digs and four blocks. The McKinney, Texas product hit .290 with 14 kills in a four-set victory against East Texas Baptist on Friday. Petrisin blew up for 25 kills and a .579 attack rate to lead Hendrix to a five-set win against Hardin-Simmons on Saturday. For the weekend, Petrisin averaged 3.62 kills per set.
