Senior Cory Ziegler finished second at the Christian Brothers University Battle For the Ridge at Quail Ridge Golf Club on Monday. Ziegler, from Granbury, Texas, fired a 73, two strokes behind winner Zach Polston of Cumberland. Ziegler recorded a birdie and 13 pars in the round, en route to his best score as a Warrior.
