Women – Senior Hannah Smashey went 3-0 in singles and 1-2 in doubles for the Warriors this week. The Bolivar, Mo. product picked up singles victories at #6 over LeTourneau 6-1, 6-0 and Alana Owens of Birmingham-Southern 7-6, 6-2. Smashey also had a #5 singles win over Rachel Beck of Millsaps 7-6, 2-6, 1-0 (10-6) on Sunday. She teamed with Sarah Walker to defeat LeTourneau’s #3 doubles tandem 8-2 on Thursday. Smashey has won six consecutive singles matches and is 4-0 in SAA play.
