Junior pitcher Will Nichol struck out a career-high eight batters in a four-hit, 4-0 win over Sewanee in a Southern Athletic Association elimination game Saturday. It was the fourth win of the season for the right-hander from Dallas, as he only faced four batters past the minimum. The nine-inning complete game was the longest of Nichol's career.
