The Southern Athletic Association (SAA) has announced that Lauren Petrisin has been named SAA Offensive Volleyball Player of the Week.

Lauren Petrisin is a senior outside hitter from McKinney, Texas.

Petrisin led Hendrix to an undefeated SAA weekend on the road beating Millsaps and Birmingham Southern. Her 10 kills and .500 hitting percentage sparked the Hendrix offense vs No. 10 Emory. Additionally, Petrisin also added four blocks vs. BSC and one against Millsaps. For the week, Petrisin finished 36 kills and hit .373.
