CONWAY, Ark. - Playing its second conference contest at home this season, Hendrix tallied eight goals Saturday afternoon but fell to Rhodes 22-8 in a Southern Athletic Association contest. Both teams were tied at 3-all 3 minutes into the game but a 14-1 run by the Lynx to end the half allowed for Rhodes to obtain all momentum. Morgan Dasch recorded her 7th hat trick of the season (eight games) in the loss. The Warriors fall to 1-2 in conference play with a 3-5 overall mark while Rhodes improves to 5-3 with a 2-1 mark.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Hannah Burroughs struck for two goals in the opening 90 seconds as Hendrix took a quick 2-0 lead.
- After Rhodes scored three straight goals to take a 3-2 lead, Calah Justice scored her first goal of the day to tie the game up at 3-all with 25:16 left until halftime.
- The Lynx recorded the next 12 goals in a row to take a commanding 16-3 edge before Dasch scored her first goal of the game against the Lynx. Rhodes tacked on a pair of goals and led 18-4 at the break.
- Following a Rhodes score 90 seconds into the second half, Dasch tallied her second goal of the day to bring Hendrix within 14 with 27:23 to go.
- Following a 3-0 Lynx run, Dasch and Justice struck for the next two scores before Alison Watanabe carded her first goal of the game but the Warriors fell 22-8 Saturday at home.
OF NOTE:
- Dasch tallied a team-high four points in the loss; also recorded her seventh hat trick in eight games this year for a conference-leading 61 goals on the season while picking up five ground balls.
- After recording a pair of goals in the first 90 seconds, Burroughs recorded two goals on the day with a team-high six ground balls and three caused turnovers against the Lynx.
- Justice and Watanabe combined for three goals off eight shots and scooped up two ground balls.
- Alexis Truitt netted nine goals in the net for the Warriors against Rhodes; Rhodes recorded four total saves on the day.

Hendrix will play its second home game in as many days as the Warriors take on the Dallas Crusaders at 10 a.m. from Warrior Turf.
