LAGRANGE, Ga. - After defeating Huntingdon from Montogomery, Ala. Friday, Hendrix looked for its second win in three days out east when the Warriors traveled to LaGrange, Ga. to take on the LaGrance Panthers Sunday afternoon.
Brandon Barnes and
Spencer Dorfneilsen helped Hendrix accomplish that as the Warriors defeated the Panthers 14-9. Dorfneilsen and Barnes combined for nine goals on the day while Hendrix trailed for the majority of the game. The Warriors improve to an even 2-2 on the season while LaGrange falls to 1-2.

Alec Davis scored two early goals in the second quarter before Dorfneilsen scored his second of the day six minute into the period on a man-up opportunity.
- Leading 9-7 at the half, Dorfneilsen scored Hendrix's two lone goals in the third quarter before striking for one more in the fourth as Hendrix defeated the Panthers, 14-9.
