Lee, White Toss Complete Games, Mallard Tallies Five RBIs as Hendrix Sweep Tigers Saturday

SEWANEE, Tenn. - Hendrix combined to score 24 runs against the Sewanee Tigers Sunday as the Warriors cruised to an 11-2 win and a 13-2 win to move up in the Southern Athletic Association standings. In the first game of the day, Taylor Oglesby and Laura Mortan carved RBI hits in the first inning before Jordan Mallard powered her fourth home run of the year in the third inning; a three-run shot that broke open the game. The Warriors cruised to the 11-2 win after Kendall White picked up her second win of the year; tossing her second-ever complete game and allowed just one hit. In game two, Kourtney Lee picked up her first-ever collegiate victory in the circle after also tossing a complete game as the Warriors picked up the 13-2 win after carding 11 hits in the game. Hendrix improves to 6-5 on the season with a 3-2 mark in SAA play.

- Hunt's home run Saturday is the second on the year; first since Feb. 15 in the season opener against Austin.
- Mortan went 2-for-3 at the plate with an RBI and two runs while Brink tallied two RBIs in two at-bats.
- The Warriors improve to 3-2 in conference action following the impressive victory.
