MONTGOMERY, Ala. - Hendrix closed the Huntingdon (Ala.) Tournament on Sunday with a 4-1 victory over the tournament-host Hawks at Alice Reynolds Beach Volleyball Courts. The Warriors win came before having their dual match against NCAA Division II Montevallo (Ala.) canceled.

"It was great getting the win against an experienced Division III beach team today," Hendrix head coach M.C. Parker said. "Our pairs have grown a lot through these first three matches, and I'm excited to see what we can accomplish this season."

Hendrix hosts NAIA member Park (Mo.) for four dual matches Feb. 20-21 at Central Arkansas' Beach Bear Sand Courts. Saturday's first match is set for 10 a.m. CT.
