CONWAY, Ark. - Hendrix lost to Oglethorpe (Ga.), 7-2, on Saturday in Southern Athletic Association (SAA) action at Warrior Tennis Courts. 

Eleanor Burks won in three sets by scores of 6-3, 3-6 and 10-3 in No. 1 singles for Hendrix (1-8, 0-3 SAA). Grace House won in straight sets, 6-2 and 7-5, in No. 5 singles.

Burks and Greer Ayers lost a tiebreaker in No. 1 doubles, 8-7 (7-4). House and Sarah Morris won three games in No. 2 doubles, as did Kashti Shah and Lauren Berry in No. 3 doubles.

Oglethorpe (2-4, 1-2 SAA) won four singles matches in straight sets.

The Warriors and Stormy Petrels battle in a non-conference dual match Sunday at 10 a.m. CT inside Hatcher Tennis Center.
