ATLANTA - The Southern Athletic Association (SAA) has announced an updated fan policy effective immediately.
The SAA Council of Presidents approved a modification of the conference's fan policy to allow institutional autonomy by permitting home and away family members (two per student-athlete) for all contests involving SAA outdoor teams.
Additionally, the Council of Presidents voted to allow institutional autonomy to permit two home family members per student-athlete for all remaining volleyball contests, with the exception of schools who feel that they can safely manage visiting parents.
In this case, institutions are permitted to invite away family members (two per student-athlete) at their discretion. Capacity is limited depending on venue.
All visiting family members must be submitted on a pass list that is approved by the host institution.
Only Millsaps (Miss.), Birmingham-Southern (Ala.) and Berry (Ga.) are going to allow visiting family members at volleyball matches.
General fans are not permitted at any contest of a SAA institution. This updated policy does not require SAA members to permit fans but eases previous restrictions to permit approved family members only to attend on an institution-by-institution basis.

All guests to the college's campus must follow established COVID-19 guidelines and regulations, including self-monitoring of symptoms and only coming to campus if symptom-free. All guests must adhere to guidelines for appropriate social distancing and hygiene/handwashing, and wear masks/neck gaiters at all times. While Arkansas governor Asa Hutchinson has removed the statewide mask mandate, Hendrix continues to require individuals to wear a mask on campus. The college requires that individuals attending non-academic and/or non-athletic gatherings or group activities maintain a minimum of six feet of social distance from one another. However, visitors who are members of the same household (i.e. families residing in the same house) can choose to not socially distance from each other, if that is their personal preference.
A #CampusClear "clear pass" is required for entrance to all athletic events. The app can be downloaded for Android or iPhone.
At this time, concessions are not going to be sold. Outside food and drink is not allowed. Tailgating is prohibited at this time on Hendrix's campus.
Gates open at all Hendrix on-campus venues 30 minutes prior to the start of each scheduled contest.
Hendrix Family Ticketing: All ticketed guests must be on the participant family list prior to the contest to gain entry. Each team's head coach will distribute the player pass list and Eventbrite link via email. Photo ID must be presented before entering the contest.
Visiting Team Family Ticketing: Family members must be listed on the visiting team's pass list to gain entry to any Hendrix on-campus athletics event, and photo ID must be provided before entering the contest. Visiting team ticket list is required to be submitted 24 hours before the scheduled contest; no additions or exceptions are to be made to this policy after the ticket list has been submitted or after the required submission date.

1. Baseball - Warrior Baseball Field
Baseball entry table is located behind the third base dugout. Due to capacity limitations, visiting team fan access is limited and coordinated through the visiting team's AD or designee. Capacity for Warrior Baseball Field is 88.
Fans are asked to park in the lot connected to Siebenmorgen Road.
All spectators are required to do the following:
- show their Hendrix ID or photo ID and reserved game ticket.
- show their #CampusClear "clear pass" for the day of the contest.
- have their temperature taken before entry.
- wear a mask at all times.
- socially distance at all times, including while seated in the grandstand.
All fans are required to be in the grandstand at all times unless entering or leaving Warrior Baseball Field. Lawn chairs are not permitted anywhere around the field.
Immediately following each contest, all fans must vacate Warrior Baseball Field. No interaction with athletes is allowed on campus.
2. Men's Lacrosse - Young-Wise Memorial Stadium
All Hendrix students must enter through the Wellness and Athletics Center.
All other ticketed guests must enter through the gate located between Bob Courtway Pool and the Wellness and Athletics Center.
Capacity for Young-Wise Memorial Stadium is 200.
Fans are asked to park in the lot connected to Harkrider Street.
All spectators are required to do the following:
- show their Hendrix ID or photo ID and reserved game ticket.
- show their #CampusClear "clear pass" for the day of the contest.
- have their temperature taken before entry.
- wear a mask at all times.
- socially distance at all times, including while seated in the grandstand.

3. Soccer (Men's and Women's) – Warrior Soccer Field
All fans must enter through the gate adjacent to the parking lot nearest Siebenmorgen Road. Capacity for Warrior Soccer Field is 50.
Fans are asked to park in the lot connected to Siebenmorgen Road.
All spectators are required to do the following:
- show their Hendrix ID or photo ID and reserved game ticket. Visiting fans must be on team's ticket list.
- show their #CampusClear "clear pass" for the day of the contest.
- have their temperature taken before entry.
- wear a mask at all times.
- socially distance at all times, including while seated in the grandstand or in a lawn chair.
All fans are required to remain on the west side of the field at all times unless entering or leaving Warrior Soccer Field. Spectators can choose to sit in the grandstand or a lawn chair that they bring but must remain in their seated area at all times unless entering or leaving Warrior Soccer Field.
Immediately following each contest, all fans must vacate Warrior Soccer Field. No interaction with athletes is allowed on campus.
4. Softball - Warrior Softball Field
All fans must enter through the gate located behind the grandstand behind home plate. Capacity for Warrior Softball Field is 42.
Fans are asked to park in the lot connected to Siebenmorgen Road.
All spectators are required to do the following:

- show their #CampusClear "clear pass" for the day of the contest.
- have their temperature taken before entry.

9. Women's Lacrosse - Warrior Lacrosse Field
All fans must enter through the gate adjacent to the parking lot nearest Siebenmorgen Road. Capacity for Warrior Lacrosse Field is 30.
Fans are asked to park in the lot connected to Siebenmorgen Road.
All spectators are required to do the following:
