Hendrix is excited to welcome back spectators to all on-campus contests during the 2021-22 season, with limited capacity at each venue.

The college is committed to protecting the health and safety of the participating student-athletes, coaches, officials and spectators while at the same time adhering to state and local health guidelines. Spectators should not attend any athletic event if they are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms regardless of vacination status, have tested positive or been in close contact with anyone testing positive in the previous 14 days or if they are currently awaiting results of a COVID-19 diagnostic test.

Registration for free tickets for all on-campus sporting events is available through the Eventbrite website or app which is downloadable through Android or iPhone.

1. Football - Young-Wise Memorial Stadium
Gates at the venue open 60 minutes prior to kickoff. Capacity is limited to 1,125.

Individuals who are not vaccinated against COVID-19 are strongly encouraged to wear masks outdoors when six feet of physical distance cannot be maintained.

All spectators must enter the venue through the gate located between Bob Courtway Pool and the Wellness and Athletics Center (WAC). Seating for all Hendrix students, faculty and staff is reserved on the south end of the stadium. All other fans must use the grandstand entrance closest to the north endzone.

All spectators are required to wear a mask at all times when in line for concessions, to use the bathroom or visiting the Warrior Spirit Store tent.

Spectators must stay off the field before, during and after each game and must vacate the venue immediately following its conclusion. No interaction with student-athletes is permitted at the game site.

    Tailgating
The designated area for Hendrix fans is the WAC north parking lot. The designated area for visiting team's fans is the WAC northwest parking lot.

Tailgating opens four hours prior to kickoff and closes 30 minutes after the start of the game. All clean-up is the responsibility of those who tailgate. Please physically distance as much as possible. No outside food or drink is allowed inside the stadium.


2. Soccer (Men's and Women's) - Warrior Soccer Field
The gate at the venue opens 30 minutes prior to kickoff. Capacity is limited to 270.

Individuals who are not vaccinated against COVID-19 are strongly encouraged to wear masks outdoors when six feet of physical distance cannot be maintained.

All fans must enter through the gate between the parking lot and field closest to the north goal.

Reserved seating in a grandstand between the pressbox and south goal exists for Hendrix students.

Spectators must stay off the field before, during and after each game and must vacate the venue immediately following its conclusion. No interaction with student-athletes is permitted at the game site.
 

3. Volleyball - Grove Gymnasium
The gate at the venue opens 30 minutes prior to first serve. Capacity is limited to 275.

All spectators are required to do the following:

  • wear a mask over the nose and mouth at all times.
  • physically distance at all times, including while seated in the grandstands.
Reserved seating on the north end of the gym exists for Hendrix students, faculty and staff.

The concession stand is closed. No food or drink except bottled water is allowed inside the gym.

Spectators are expected to stay off the court before, during and after each match and must vacate the venue immediately following its conclusion. No interaction with student-athletes is permitted at the match site.

    Tailgating
