CONWAY, Ark. - The Orange and Black lost to Stevenson (Md.), 4-1, on Saturday in the Warrior Beach Bash, hosted by Hendrix, at Central Arkansas' Beach Bear Sand Courts. 

In No. 1 doubles, Camryn Presley and Abby Collier of Hendrix (9-6) defeated Emily Pellini and Shannon Baily of Stevenson (11-8) in straight sets, 21-10 and 21-8.

In No. 5 doubles, the Warriors' Charlotte Alexander and Faith Hill rebounded from a 21-18 loss in set one to win the second set, 21-13, before falling in the third, 15-13.

Hendrix hosts Berry (Ga.) and NAIA member Ottawa (Kan.) on the final day of the tournament Sunday. The Warriors face the Vikings at noon CT and Braves at 2 p.m.
