- The Panthers would go into the 6th leading 9-3 in what would become another snowball inning; BSC scored 10 runs on 6 hits to go up 18-3 and put the Warriors away.

- Sample made her second start of the weekend and got off to a great start, taking a no-hitter into the 5th and not surrendering a run until the 6th.
- Up until the 5th, the Warriors had outhit the Panthers 6-0, but could not capitalize with runners in scoring position.
- BSC would tack on 6 runs on 4 hits in the 6th, and then plate 4 more in the 7th to secure the series sweep.
Hendrix now sits at 5-12 (1-8 SAA) and will look to get back on track in a couple midweek non-conference doubleheaders versus in-state foes Lyon and Arkansas Baptist.
