Danville, Ky. - Hendrix wrapped up the 2024 season with a 15-5 loss to Berry in the first round of the Southern Athletic Association (SAA) playoffs.
It was the Warriors' first playoff appearance since 2019 to mark a successful first season at the helm for head coach
Taylor Frombaugh.
Hendrix surrendered 11 unanswered goals in the first half and were trailing 14-0 midway through the third quarter before
Kelsey Korb got the Warriors on the board with woman-up goal. That would kick-start what became a 5-0 scoring run by the Warriors, with
Kinley Robinson and
Asia Mackey both scoring while
Peyton Refling added two of her own.
Recently-crowned SAA Newcomer of the Year
