Suwanee, Ga. -Amber Alsup has been named Golfer of the Week by the Southern Collegeiate Athletic Conference after her career performance at the Lyon Invitational. 

The senior recorded her first career 1st place finish and Individual title after shooting 164 (83 & 81) for the tournament. This is the first recorded Conference Golfer of the Week in the women's program history. 

Women's golf would finished 2nd in the tournament, marking their second consecutive 2nd place finish. 

Alsup and the Warriors head to Westworth, Texas next to compete in the SCAC Preview hosted at Hawks Creek Golf Course.
