SUWANEE, Ga. (Sep. 30th, 2026) - Hendrix women's golf sophomore Berkley Reed was named the SCAC Golfer of the Week, announced the conference on Wednesday.

Reed earns her first career conference weekly award and becomes only the second women's golfer in program history to earn the award (Amber Alsup, 2025).

A sophomore from Nettleton, Ark., Reed paced the Warriors with a top 10 finish with a final tally of 169 (+25) over 36 holes, shooting 83 for the first round and 86 for the second. Reed tallied three birdies for the tournament and made par 12 times. Her 83 is Reed's lowest round to date and her second lowest in her career (82, CBC One Day).

Reed leads the Warriors with a 84.75 scoring average.

The Warriors will remain close to home for their next tournament, as they compete in the CBC Fall Invitational on Oct. 12th-13th.
