Hendrix College Athletics

Lana Moix was hired as the Hendrix College head cheerleading coach in March 2016.

Moix comes to Hendrix after serving as the Corporate Wellness Coordinator for Therapy and Rehab Solutions in Conway from 2012-15. Before that, Moix was an Exercise Specialist for TRS from 2005-12.

Moix was the Director and Head Coach of the All-Star Cheerleading program at Tena's Gymnastics Inc. and Cheerleading in Russellville, Ark. from 2002-08.

Moix graduated from Arkansas Tech University in 2005 with a Bachelors of Science in Fitness Program Management with an emphasis in Wellness. While at Tech, she was a member of the cheer squad and student member of the Health, Physical Education and Wellness Science Club and the American Alliance of Physical Education and Recreational Dance.

Moix, from Greenbrier, Ark., is a certified yoga instructor, Pilates mat 1 and 2 instructor and has group fitness certification.
