SEASON HIGHLIGHTS (HENDRIX)
2024-25: In her first season at the helm, Neves De Santi’s squad would break two school records and finish 5
th for both men and women in the SAA Swim & Dive Championships.
2025-26: In her second year, the Warriors would finish Top 5 in the SCAC Swim & Dive Championships, with the men finishing 4
th, the highest in program history, and the women finishing 5
th. The Water Warriors would break three records and record multiple podium finishes at the SCAC Championships. Neves De Santi’s squad would boast 13 SCAC Athletes of the Week, the most in program history.
BEFORE HENDRIX
Neves de Santi obtained her Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from the University of Sao Paulo in 2002. In 2008, she received her Masters of Science in Sports Business and Administration from Henderson State University.
Prior to arriving at Hendrix, Neves de Santi spent 10 years with the Arkansas Dolphins in Little Rock after a stint with the University of Arkansas at Little Rock as a volunteer assistant coach. In 2021-22, she was selected as the Arkansas Age Group Coach of the Year. Under her leadership, the male team placed first for two years running in the 14 and under age group championship.
From 2005-07, she served as a graduate assistant with the Henderson State Swimming & Diving program and helped the Reddies to a fifth-place finish at the NCAA championships during her time in Arkadelphia.
