Mason Hays '25 enters into his second year in the Hendrix Athletic Department as the Director of Business Operations in 2026-27 after spending his first as the Post-Baccalureate Athletic Assisant in 2025-26.
In his role as Athletic Assistant, Hays '25 was pivotal in the day-to-day operations of the department. Hays '25 was responsible for visitor team guides and game administration. Hays '25 also assisted in the Athletic Communications' Department, helping elevate the program's social media presence. The Hendrix Warriors Instagram account saw a growth in online presence, with 4 million total views from August to May and nearly 600 new followers during that same period.
Hays' 25 was also the Tournament Director for the 2025-26 SCAC Basketball Championships hosted by Hendrix College. Hays '25 was the primary contact for all game day and tournament operations and logistics. Hays '25 also assisted with game day operations and was the primary contact for arranging halftime entertainment for the 2025 SCAC Football Championships hosted at War Memorial in Little Rock.
