SEASON HIGHLIGHTS (HENDRIX)
2024-25: In Klug’s first season as head coach, the Warriors went 5-12 with a 1-5 record in SAA play. Klug’s squad would have one All-SAA second team selection.
2025-26: In her second year at the helm, the Warriors recorded their best season since 2016-17 and their best recorded conference record with 6 wins. The Warriors would earn 2 All-SCAC second team selections, Elite 19 in Josie Leffingwell and 4 SCAC All-Tournament team selections.
BEFORE HENDRIX
Suzanne Klug '97 has been named Head Coach of the Hendrix College Women's Tennis program.
Klug graduated from Hendrix in 1997 with a B.A. in Biology. During her time as a Warrior, Klug played on the No. 1 line for both singles and doubles.
Following graduation, she served four years with the United States Army before returning to Conway, where she worked as a software analyst with Conway Public Schools for 19 years.
Since her time at Hendrix, Klug has been an advocate for tennis in central Arkansas and is very active in the tennis community. She has played 345 matches in the United States Tennis Association (USTA) over 7 seasons and increased her rating from 3.5 to 5.0 over that time.
