Junior cross country runner Nicholle Cromwell helped the Warriors retain the Crystal Trophy at the Arkansas Division III Championships against the University of the Ozarks on Wednesday. Comwell, from Houston, Texas, took first place with a 5k time of 20:18.50, shaving 1:11 off her previous season-best 5k time.
