Senior Samantha Stockdale tied her own school record in the javelin throw at the Ole Miss Classic in Oxford on Saturday. Stockdale, from Salem, Ore., had a throw of 38.29 meters (125 ft.-7.75 in.), placing fifth in the event. She ranks 44th in the nation in the javelin.
