ST. CHARLES, Mo. - The Hendrix College field hockey team lost 8-0 to NCAA Division II foe Lindenwood University at St. Charles University on Thursday night.
The host Lady Lions (3-7) outshot the Warriors (0-9) 25-6 overall and 17-4 on goal.
Kristi O'Connor and Carly Brengosz led Lindenwood with two goals and assist each. Linda Oberle, Amelia Rodriguez, Megan Pranger and Kundai Nangati also scored for the Lady Lions.

Gabryele Pochron recorded eight saves in 50 minutes in goal, giving her 183 on the year, breaking the previous school record of 175 held by Alyssa Havens in 2007. Freshman
Emily Rankin had one save in 20 minutes. Victoria Gil registered four saves for Lindenwood.
Hendrix will take on another Division II opponent in Bellarmine University at 1:30 p.m. on Friday on Lindenwood's campus.
