MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The Hendrix College field hockey team lost to Rhodes College 9-0 in Southern Athletic Association play at Mason Field on Saturday afternoon.

The Warriors (0-12, 0-7) were outshot by the Lynx (8-7, 5-2) 37-6 overall and 17-4 on goal.

Nine different players recorded goals for Rhodes. Julie Hertzman, Christina DiFelice and Mary Rose Hazel had a goal and an assist.

Juniors Erika Jasso and Lotte Kraaijenbrink and freshman Raychl Reger each took two shots for Hendrix, with Kraaijenbrink's and Reger's being on goal.

Freshman Gabryele Pochron, the nation's leader in saves, registered eight stops for Hendrix. Kelly Whelan had four saves for Rhodes.

Hendrix will play their final regular season game at home on Sunday, Nov. 3 against Sewanee - The University of the South.
