CONWAY, Ark. - The Hendrix College football team limited Lyon College to a school-record 235 yards of total offense en route to a 42-7 victory at Crafton-Faulkner Field at Young-Wise Memorial Stadium Saturday night.
The Warriors (1-1) racked up 341 yards on 70 plays for a 4.9 average, but limited the Scots (0-3) to just 3.3 yards per play.

Taylor Tibbits for a six-yarder in the second to give Hendrix a 28-0 lead at halftime. Winn added another three-yard run in the third to go up 35-0.
Lyon got on the board with 14:09 left in the game on a seven-yard pass from Dwane Robinson to Tripp Reed. Warrior sophomore
Mike Goodrich finished the scoring with a three-yard run with 1:14 left to play.
Hendrix Notes- Hendrix is now 20-0-3 all-time against Lyon. This was the first meeting since 1950.
- Seven points was the fewest Hendrix has allowed since bringing back the program in 2013.
- The Warriors rushed for 161 yards on 45 carries with three touchdowns.

Ben Cunningham paced the Hendrix defense with 13 tackles, two for a loss of 14 yards, and a sack.
