LAGRANGE, Ga. - The Hendrix College women's lacrosse team won their second game in as many days, defeating LaGrange College 12-4 Sunday morning.
Tied at 2-2 through the first 10 minutes, the Warriors (2-1) scored five goals to close out the opening half and take a 7-2 lead into the break. The Panthers (0-1) were outscored 5-2 in the second half.
Hendrix outshot LaGrange 20-16 overall and 18-9 on goal. Both teams had 24 ground balls, but the Warriors lead in draw controls 10-6.
Sophomore attacker
Bridget Umble scored four goals Sunday, giving her a school-record 54 for her career.

Morgan Dasch recorded two goals and two assists.

Reilly Frazier had two goals and tied her career-high with five ground balls.
- Junior midfielder
Raychl Reger also scored two goals with five ground balls, four draws and three caused turnovers.

Kaitlyn Smith had two goals and an assist to go with three draw controls.
- Junior midfeilder
Meghan Ayers assisted a goal and caused three turnovers.

Jesse Clark recorded three saves in goal in the first half. Freshman
Alexis Truitt stopped two shots in the second.
LaGrange Notes- Regis Hay had two goals, one assist and three ground balls for the Panthers.
- Sydney Garmany scored with five ground balls and two caused turnovers.
- Madeline LaCavera was responsible for LC's other goal and had four ground balls.
- Raechel Thomas recorded five draw controls.
Up NextHendrix will open Southern Athletic Association play at home on Saturday against Berry College.
