Warriors' Tenacious Pass Defense Not Enough as No. 12 Berry Hangs On for Rainy Win

CONWAY, Ark. - Coming into Saturday's contest, the Warriors searched for its second home victory of the season but a meeting against No. 12 nationally-ranked Berry was in the way for Hendrix. After outscoring the Warriors 28-7 in the opening half, the Vikings managed to leave Crafton Faulkner Field with a 35-14 win after playing 60 minutes of college football in some pretty heavy downpour. The tenacious defense by the Warriors held Berry to just 59 combined passing yards for the entirety of the game.
