CONWAY, Ark. - After opening up the season 4-8-0, the Warriors were finally able to open up conference action at Warrior Soccer Field. The Warriors, who had lost three games in a row with each score being 1-2, surrendered three goals in the opening period and another one late in the second frame as Sewanee escaped Conway with a 4-0 victory Friday night.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Sophomore
Josh Neuman carded three goals in 90 minutes of action.
- Hendrix recorded five shots on the night; three by sophomore
Eli Brizendine. Sewanee registered 19 shots on the night including seven on goal.
- The Warriors still maintain a four-win season, most wins by the Warriors Men's Soccer program since the 2013 season.
- The Tigers finished with 17 corner kicks while Hendrix had just six.
WHAT WAS SAID
"Sewanee opened the game well with a great goal in the 11th minute that was very well taken," said Head Coach
Matt Kern. "After a very controversial red card was given to us in the 16th minute, I thought our group gave a valiant effort for the remainder of the match. We will recover and get ready for Centre on Sunday."
