Conway, AR - After going up 2-0 early in the first period, the Warriors would continue to outscore the Griffins 26-4 to close out the game in route to a 28-4 victory Saturday afternoon at home. This marks the final non-conference win for the Warriors as they head into more SAA Conference play to close the season.

After leading 6-2 heading into the second period, the Warriors offense awoke even more. Cullen Robinette started the scoring just over two minutes into the period and Elias Ramos would extend the lead to 8-2 just minutes later. After adding ten more goals and only surrendering one goal to the Griffins in the half, Hendrix would head to halftime up 18-3. 

In the second half the Warriors came out strong and aggressive out of halftime. The Warriors would outscore the Griffins 7-0 in the third period. The Warriors offense seemed unstoppable at times with numerous shots finding the back of the net and their defense playing tight and preventing many opportunities for Fontbonne.

The fourth period cooled a bit for the Warriors as their momentum slowed allowing Fontbonne to score the last goal in the period. Kip VanHoose would score the Warriors final goal with just over four minutes left in the period cementing the victory for Hendrix.

Leading the Warriors offensively was Max Lynch would total five goals and seven shots while Garrett Brown scored three goals and added two assists.

The Warriors (6-6, 1-1 SAA) will travel to Rhodes College at 1 p.m. on Saturday looking for another SAA Conference victory.
