Irving, TX - In day two of their trip to Texas the Hendrix women's lacrosse team faced Dallas in a non-conference match-up. The Warriors opened the scoring and put their foot on the gas pedal from there, riding a 13-goal first half to a 19-6 win.
Hendrix earned the first goal of the game with just over two minutes gone from the clock. Senior
Shelby Hill netted the first goal and sparked a 9-2 run for Hendrix that saw them lead 9-2 with over 17 minutes left in the opening 20 minutes.

Alison Watanabe was nearly unstoppable, dishing out three assists in the opening half while Umble followed her lead with one assist of her own.
The Warriors didn't let off the gas in the second half, with the junior Dasch leading the way in the final 20 minutes.
Dasch added three more goals in the second.
Watanabe got in on the scoring action at the 10:52 mark. Dasch would score the final goal to give HC the 19-6 victory.

Alexis Truitt made ten saves in net as the Warriors got a big road victory.
Hendrix will be back in action on the 18 th when they travel to Florida to take on Whitman College at 5 p.m.
