Rome, GA - The Hendrix Warriors were back in action Friday afternoon competing in day two of the SAA Conference Tournament. The Warriors who were the eight seed going into the conference tournament took on the number five seeded Millsaps College.

Evan Ingram started the game on the hill for Hendrix.

The Majors wasted no time getting the scoring started in this one. In the bottom of the second MC would put up one run to get on the board first. This gave the Majors a 1-0 lead going into the top of the third.

Hendrix answered back with three runs in the top of the third. After three full innings of play the Warriors led the game 3-1.

In the bottom of the fourth Millsaps would add another run however, they would still trail to HC 3-2. 

The Warriors scored two more runs in the top of the fifth and led Millsaps 5-2.

Millsaps got three back in the bottom of the sixth knotting the game up with Hendrix 5-5. 

Millsaps added the final run of the game in the bottom of the ninth inning to take the 6-5 heartbreaking victory over HC.

Drew Judson was 3-5 with two RBIs and Tanner Cooper went 2-5 with two RBIs of his own.
