Hendrix Falls in Season Opener in Tennessee

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Head Coach Rebecca Begley and the Warriors fell 4-0 at the hands of Earlham Saturday afternoon in Tennessee. This match was played as part of the Rhodes Invitational.

HOW IT HAPPENED
  • Trailing 1-0 at the intermission, Earlham added three more goals in the second half for the 4-0 defeat.
  • Senior Alexis Truitt recorded a season-best eight stops on the day.
  • Senior Holly Heeb tallied a shot in the game.

UP NEXT
The Warriors remain on the road for a pair of games in the state of Ohio on Sept. 8 and 9. First, Hendrix takes on Wooster from Wooster, Ohio. Following the two-game Ohio road trip, Hendrix heads back to Memphis, Tenn. once again for a showdown against Rhodes on Sept. 15.
