Box Score SHREVEPORT, LA. – Hendrix embarked on one of its three shortest road trips Sunday as the Warriors hit the road to Shreveport, La. for a season-opening tilt against the Centenary (La.) Ladies. Hendrix, who had won five consecutive meetings against the Ladies, entered the fourth quarter with a two-point lead but the Warriors outscored the Ladies 19-14 in the final 10 minutes of action for the 64-57 win against Centenary Sunday.
Kessie Jenkins produced a career-best 16 rebounds in 28 minutes of action while nine points on 4-of-8 shooting from the floor.
Anissa Gutierrez recorded 16 points and three boards in her collegiate debut while shooting 7-of-10 from the free throw line. Hendrix improves to 1-0 on the season after the seven-point win Sunday.

Ali Isbell scored the final five points for Hendrix as the Warriors controlled the 12-10 lead after one quarter.
