Kessie Jenkins recorded a team-high eight points each and combined for seven boards but it was not nearly enough as Hendrix dropped a non-conference contest to (RV) East Texas Baptist University Tuesday evening in Marshall, Texas, 85-39.
Belle Neilson added a career-high seven points in the loss while
Caroline Wendt added four rebounds in 25 minutes. Hendrix falls to 2-3 on the year while ETBU improves to 3-3 on the year.

- After the Tigers outscored Hendrix 28-6 in the first period, both teams scored 19 points, respectively, in the second quarter but ETBU held the 47-25 lead at the break.
