ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Hendrix men's and women's tennis traveled to St. Louis, Mo. Friday to take on NAIA foe St. Louis College of Pharmacy. In search of its first win on the year, the men's team registered the shutout victory, 9-0, while the women also picked up the win; defeating the Eutectics 9-0. On the men's side,
Micah Moore won a decisive match at the No. 2 singles spot which included winning the tiebreaker 10-6. The men improve to 1-5 on the year while the women have now won three matches in a row and hold a 3-3 mark on the season.
Sara Hoopchuk blanked her opponent at the No. 4 singles spot; winning 6-0, 6-0 while
Greer Ayers gave up just one game; defeating her opponent at the No. 3 singles spot, 6-1, 6-0.
