WHAT WAS SAID
"In the first match against Webster, we started slowly on both sides which cost us the overall match," explained head man
Craig Kirchgessner following the four matches Saturday. "Our ladies were down 3-0 after doubles but managed to keep fighting; winning four of the six singles spots. The guys were down 2-1 after doubles. We ended up losing 5-4 but we had our chances in a few tiebreakers that could have gone either way. Against Fontbonne, we regained our confidence and took care of business. Good to get another W and I hope we can build off of this successful weekend."
