MOUNT BERRY, Ga. - No. 3-seed Hendrix defeated No. 6-seed Oglethorpe (Ga.) in four sets in the Southern Athletic Association Tournament quarterfinals Friday inside The Cage Center. The Warriors defeated the Stormy Petrels by scores of 23-25, 25-23, 25-21 and 25-16, improving to 21-1 all-time in the series.

Camryn Presley compiled a double-double with 14 kills and 17 digs to go along with five block assists for Hendrix (13-12), which advances to the semifinals to face No. 2-seed Birmingham-Southern (Ala.) on Saturday at 3 p.m. CT. Sadie Walker also contributed 14 kills and a 0.400 hitting percentage. Grace House had seven kills and a 0.636 kill percentage. Peyton Nance came up with a career-high 24 digs. Claire Smith dished out a season-high 32 assists and Kyler Greenlee 14. Catalina Williams tallied eight of her team's 22 block assists.

Jackie Schner ended with a double-double with 13 kills and 11 digs for Oglethorpe (10-15). Sophia Cendoya had 15 digs, while Ellie Alfonso and Legacy Guider each had 13. Gabbi Phillips dished out 35 assists.
