Hendrix wins sixth-straight over Rhodes

CONWAY, Ark. - Hendrix won its sixth-straight game over Rhodes (Tenn.), 61-54, on Saturday inside Grove Gymnasium in the second Southern Athletic Association (SAA) game between the two teams in 24 hours.

In the win, Seth Stanley ended with a double-double, pouring in game-highs in points (19) and rebounds (15), a career-high. He shot 6-of-7 inside the arc and 7-of-8 from the free throw line.

Sean Coman added 11 points and five rebounds for Hendrix (4-4, 4-4 SAA). Craig Collier II had nine points. Carl Fitch had six boards.

The Warriors shot 35.2 percent (19-of-54) overall and 19-of-23 from the stripe.

Hendrix turned 16 Rhodes (1-8, 1-8 SAA) turnovers into 14 points and held an edge in points in the paint, 24-20.

Koki Wiley scored 11 points in the loss.

The Lynx shot 33.9 percent (21-of-62) overall, 26.3 percent (5-of-19) from deep and 7-of-10 from the free throw line.

Prior to the contest, Damecko Johnson was honored as part of Senior Day festivities inside Grove Gymnasium.

Hendrix concludes the regular season with two rescheduled games against Centre (Ky.). Tip-off inside Grove Gymnasium on March 6 is set for 4 p.m. CT, while the March 7 contest begins at 1 p.m.
