MOUNT BERRY, Ga. - Berry (Ga.) defeated Hendrix, 5-0, on Friday in Southern Athletic Association (SAA) action. The Vikings have won six-straight games at Pearson Field.

Henry Asbill (1) scored the first goal for Berry (4-0, 2-0 SAA) in the 16th minute. The Vikings added insurance goals in the 39th, 64th, 70th and 81st minutes.

Five different Berry players scored one goal.

Josh Pruett and Nathan Carlson each had five shots for the Vikings.

Jose Palacios (3-0) made one save in the first 65:33 in net for Berry before giving way to Grant Houpert for the final 24:27.

Danny Kern and Will Kelton each had a shot for Hendrix (0-4, 0-3 SAA).

Angel Ortiz (0-2) went the distance between the pipes for the Warriors and made seven saves.

Hendrix travels to Oglethorpe (Ga.) on March 28. Kickoff is set for 12:30 p.m. CT.
