CONWAY, Ark. - Hendrix closed its regular season with a 4-0 loss to Centre (Ky.) on Friday in Southern Athletic Association (SAA) action at Warrior Soccer Field. 

Nathan Wilcox (5) scored a hat trick for the Colonels, with goals coming in the seventh, 19th and 25th minutes. Ryan Roussel (4) found the back of the net in the 20th minute.

Will Newton had two assists for Centre (3-3, 2-3 SAA), while Roussel tallied one.

Haydon Korfhage (2-3) played the entire match in net for the Colonels and made six saves.

Omar Pelayo and Evan Trimble each had two shots for Hendrix (0-6-1, 0-5-1 SAA), while Kristian Reed, Zach Roberts, Caden Wilcox, Aryan Paul and Jack Nolen netted one apiece.

Josh Neuman (0-3-1) made six saves in 90 minutes between the pipes for the Warriors.

Neuman ends his career as the program's all-time leader in shutouts and ranks second in saves, minutes played and minutes played by a goalkeeper, third in games played and started by a goalkeeper, tied for fifth in wins and seventh in saves per game.

Hendrix ends its season April 16 with a second exhibition against Central Arkansas' reserves. Kickoff from Warrior Soccer Field is set 7 p.m. CT. The Warriors plan to honor Neuman prior to the contest as part of Senior Night festivities.
