Box Score Conway, Ark. - The Hendrix Warriors got off to a roaring start versus the Texas Lutheran Bulldogs on Tuesday night, going on a 8-point run to begin the contest.

Blysse Harmon scored the first five points, and Simone Shields' fast-break layup gave the Warriors an 8-0 lead at the 7:09 mark. An 11-3 run by the Bulldogs meant the Warriors led by 2 after the end of the first quarter.

The Bulldogs would go on to outscore the Warriors 27-4 in the second quarter, and take the game 70-43.

Shelby Heil led the Warriors with 11 points and 7 rebounds. Blysse Harmon and Madi Pierce each added 8 points.

The Warriors will be back in action this Saturday versus Fontbonne at Grove Gymnasium. Tip-off is set for 12:00 p.m. CT.
