Box Score Conway, Ark. - The Dallas Crusaders defeated the Hendrix Warriors 64-57 at the Maher Center.

Hendrix started out strong, leading after the first quarter of play. They trailed by 1 at the halftime interval, but an offensive flurry from the Crusaders in the third quarter put the game out of reach, despite a strong fourth-quarter showing from the Warriors.

Madi Pierce led the Warriors with 18 points and 4 rebounds.

Blysse Harmon had 7 steals to go along with 14 points and 4 rebounds.

Shelby Heil was dominant on the glass, grabbing 10 boards with 8 of those on the offensive end.

The Warriors will be back in action on December 30 as they host the Ozarks Eagles at Grove Gymnasium for a rematch of the 2022-23 regular season opener. Tip-off is set for 3:00 PM CT.
