CONWAY, Ark. - No. 3-seed Hendrix punched its ticket to the Southern Athletic Association (SAA) Tournament semifinals following Sunday's 90-42 rout of No. 6-seed Rhodes (Tenn.) inside Grove Gymnasium. The Warriors advance to the semifinals for the third-consecutive season.
Hendrix (17-9) won its fourth-straight game overall and improved to 9-2 on Garrison Court this season. The Warriors' 17 victories are the most for the program since winning as many games in 2008-09.
Hendrix scored its largest margin of victory (48 points) in the series in its ninth-straight win over the Lynx, including second in the last six days.
The Warriors shot 16-of-29 (55.2 percent) from the floor and made five treys in each half.
The Orange and Black built a 42-16 lead at intermission, holding Rhodes (10-15) to 25 percent shooting from the field (5-of-20) and deep (2-of-8) while forcing 10 turnovers.
Hendrix led by double digits the final 28:59 of the contest and built its largest advantage of 51, 88-37, with 1:44 left in the game.
Twelve of the 13 Warriors who played found the scoring column, led by
Seth Stanley's game-high 11.
Tyler Deithloff added 10 points on 5-of-6 shooting inside the arc.

Parks dished out a game-high five assists. Rasberry Jr. grabbed a game-high nine rebounds.
Hendrix shot 55.2 percent (32-of-58) overall, 40 percent (10-of-25) from 3 and 80 percent (16-of-20) from the foul line, including 11-of-14 in the final 20 minutes. The Warriors forced 14 turnovers, leading to 20 points. Hendrix outrebounded the Lynx 43-27 and held edges in bench points (55-21), points in the paint (40-12) and second chance points (14-4).
Jefferson Walker led all Rhodes' scorers with nine.Â
The Lynx shot 28.3 percent (15-of-53) overall, 22.7 percent (5-of-22) from beyond the arc and 58.3 percent (7-of-12) from the free throw line. Rhodes totaled just two assists and turned the ball over 14 times.
Thad McCracken's squad faces No. 2-seed Oglethorpe (Ga.) on Saturday inside the Cage Center on the campus of Berry (Ga.). Tip-off is set for 5 p.m. CT. The Warriors and Stormy Petrels split two games during the regular season, with each team winning on its home court.
