CONWAY, Ark. - Hendrix defeated Howard Payne (Texas), 7-2, on Friday. The Warriors have won two of their last three dual matches inside Hatcher Tennis Center.

In No. 1 doubles, Agustin Kalinowski and Micah Moore of Hendrix (4-5) defeated Hunter Green and Micah Hunter of Howard Payne (2-5), 8-3.

Hendrix won all singles matches, including five in straight sets. In No. 1 singles, Kalinowski defeated Green, 6-0 and 6-1. In No. 2 singles, Elijah Pierce swept Logan Knight, 6-0 and 6-0. In No. 3 singles, Eric Meyne defeated Hunter, 6-2 and 6-2. In No. 4 singles, Morgan Oglesbee swept Christian Fernandez, 6-4 and 6-4. In No. 6 singles, Brayden Bolch defeated Landon Ferree, 6-4 and 6-4.

In No. 5 singles, Moore dropped Nicolas Gates, 4-6, 7-5 and 1-0 (15-13).

The Warriors host Mary Hardin-Baylor on March 13 at 1 p.m. CT.
